Lunch @ La Monbetta
Lunch here is not only a steal, but it is delicious! The most basic lunch set gets you a starter, pasta, dessert and drink for ¥1700. We upsized it to the ¥2200 which we get a mains on top of that.
Our starter was cute. Bite-sized!
Pasta of the day varies. That day we had four different types to choose from - each with a different based eg tomato-, cream-, olive-oil-based etc. This is the tomato-based pasta with cauliflower and broccoli. Dad gave two thumbs up. He misses his greens.
For mains, we had the option of pork chops (psst... this was so juicy and tender. Squealed with happiness when I had the first bite. so gooooooood)
or fish. There was lamb on the menu that day!
We feasted. We laughed. Ooohh. the memories.
