And with chefs Yuusuke Hashida 橋田祐亮 and Kanako Hashida 橋田香南子 both trained at reputable restaurants, you can be sure that their food is of superb quality. Yuusuke graduated from the Tsuji Culinary Institute France and worked at Paul Bocuse, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant. His skills were further honed in Michelin-starred kitchens such as La Villa Archange during his six-year tour of France. Chef Hashida Kanako graduated from Tsuji Culinary Institute and Centre de Perfectionnement Ecole Hôtelière Tsuji in Lyon, France as the top student. In France, she worked at various restaurants including Maison Decoret and Hostellerie Cèdre.
